John Riggs received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, NC and later went on to receive a Masters Degree in Public Health and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Mr. Riggs is a certified Physician Assistant in the New Bern office and is currently accepting new patients.
